The Goblins' third full-length Cd is the end result of a long story. In late 1999 The Goblins were at the headquarters of Touch and Go Records in Chicago, Illinois. Touch and Go owner Corey Rusk let The Goblins see "The Coffin," a Misfits stage prop and one of Rusk's most treasured possessions. When Rusk momentarily left The Goblins alone with "The Coffin," the band took the time to closely examine this treasure. It was upon this examination that a remarkable discovery was made. A secret compartment full of papers, props, artwork, record sleeve designs and SHEET MUSIC had been discovered. Hiding this booty in their gig bags, The Goblins snuck this find out of Touch and Go for closer examination. The Goblins then spent the next thirteen months in the studio recording these previously unreleased Misfits songs. "Missing Fits" is the end result of their labor. This Cd contains archival video footage of The Goblins as well as a video game. It was released on October 1st, 2001. Read a lengthy Goblins interview about "Missing Fits."
